Return Policy
Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once opened or used:
- E-liquids
- Open cartridges
- Replacement coils
- Drip tips
- Replacement glasses
- Atomizers/tanks
- Rechargeable batteries
These items are considered non-returnable once opened or used.
Restocking Fee
Non-defective items returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the shipper, although most refunds are processed more quickly. The estimated timeline is as follows:
- Return Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper.
- Return Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days to process your return once received.
- Bank Processing Time: 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund request.
